Generated Fields
Section titled “Generated Fields”Threading Sets will automatically create a set of Fields to store the threading results for the analyzed items.
| Name | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Duplicate Spare | Single Choice | Set to Yes for any obsolete duplicate items, No for unique items or master copies. All items flagged Yes can be ignored as duplicate content. |
| Inclusive | Single Choice | Set to Yes for inclusive items, No for non-inclusive items. All items flagged No can be ignored and represent obsolete content within the thread. |
| Inclusive Reason | Single Choice | Will indicate the reason why an item has been found to be inclusive: Text, Attachment or Text+Attachment |
| Thread Group | Text | Defined as relational Field and holding the generated identifier to bundle the conversation threads. |

Section titled “Filter for inclusive population”Apply the following conditions to Views or Saved Queries for receiving the inclusive Document population.
