Processing outputs to the case directory, in which every batch is listed as a separate subdirectory.

Note

Output of error files is deduplicated. The reported ‘Unsupported’ count may differ from the file count in the errors directory.

Numbering

Field	Description
Item - Control Number	A unique id assigned to every element that end up in a load file. Control numbers are assigned contiguously; If DOC-00001 and DOC-00004 are present in the output, so must DOC-00002 and DOC-00003. Control numbers have additional structure that conveys information of whether the item is an attachment or not. Attachments have additional components that describe how they are attached to their parents: DOC-00001.00001
Item - Control Parent	The control number of this item’s logical parent, in the case of attachments this is the item that contained it as an attachment.
Item - Control Group	The control number of the top level item within which this item was contained.

File Metadata

Field	Description
Item - Author	The author of the file
Item - Category	High level classification of the file e.g. Email, Document, Spreadsheet
Item - Custodian	Primary custodian of which the item was originally discovered
Item - Custodians	A list of all the custodians which were found to be in possession of the item
Item - Date Created
Item - Date Last Modified
Item - Deduplication Hash	Custom file hash for applicable files (BLAKE3)
Item - Encrypted	Shows true for password protected files
Item - Extracted Text	Path to the extracted text file
Item - Family Date	The top level date, either Email - Date or else Item - Last Modified or else Item - Date Created, in descending priority
Item - File Extension	Extensions are aligned for consistency and may differ from the value seen in the file name.
Item - File Name
Item - File Size	The size of the native file in bytes
Item - Hash	Binary file hash (BLAKE3)
Item - Original Source Path
Item - Title	Authored document title
Native	Path to the native file

Email - Conversation Topic	Cleaned up subject line along the conversation (MAPI only)
Email - Conversation ID	Unique ID of the conversation this message belongs to (MAPI only)

Email - Msg Class	Internal message class e.g. “IPM.Note”, “IPM.Contact” (MAPI only)
